Wedding Day Set-Up
(minimum of 3 weeks required)
If you have planned and organised your big day and now want to relax and enjoy the morning of your wedding getting ready with friends and family over a glass of bubbly, without the added stress, time and worry that you still have to decorate and transform the venue, the Wedding Day Set-Up Package is perfect for you.
I can style your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception rooms with reassurance, passion, care and attention to detail, enabling you to enjoy the whole of your special day.
I provide a bespoke service and my package price varies depending on your set-up requirements. If you would like to discuss your requirements, please contact me for a detailed proposal and quote.
The wedding Day Set-Up Package will include:
- Detailed Appointment and Venue Appointment: We will have a final appointment 1-2 weeks before the wedding to discuss the finer details, timings for accessing the room, décor, styling, seating plan supplier details and any other important information. This would be at your venue so that I can also have a final run through of everything and visualise where everything is to be set up on the tables and around the room(s).
- Brief. This document will have all the wedding day set up information on. This will be used by me on the day itself.
- Day Before: Depending on your venue, you may drop off your all your wedding décor, table plan, wedding post box etc. to the venue or arrange for me to collect from you. We will do a final check together to make sure everything is there that should be, ready for me to set up for you the following day.
- Wedding Day Set Up: I will decorate the venue following your brief. I will arrive at the venue prior to your suppliers so that I can meet and greet them. I will ensure everything is in the correct place and looking perfect for your big day.
- Correspondence: Between now and your wedding day, we will keep each other updated on everything, providing me with other supplier contact details and you sending my details onto your other suppliers, asking any questions, requesting information, sending pictures, room layouts etc.
*Please note that my package does not include me taking down and packing away your decorations that evening or the following day, but this can be added into the package. An additional fee will apply.
